Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms

- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, helpsot's system logs are the authoritative record. helpsot may void affected rounds and return staked amounts at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in multiplayer game formats on helpsot.

Account Suspension and Closure

On voluntary closure of your helpsot account, any Real Money Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.
helpsot will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings or other consequential loss arising from the suspension or closure of an account where such action is taken in response to a breach of these Terms or PAGCOR requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials on helpsot.vip are the intellectual property of helpsot or its licensed providers and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms limits helpsot's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PHP deposit caps set by the player in their helpsot account settings.

- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary self-imposed account restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks during which no deposits or bets can be placed on helpsot.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through helpsot's internal complaint process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute resolution process.
The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
Amendments to These Terms
helpsot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact details on their helpsot account (email or SMS notification) and will be posted on this page at helpsot.vip/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of helpsot's Services following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using helpsot and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
